Is the Bear Protection Plan insurance?+
No. It is a prepaid service contract for roof maintenance and repair performed by California First Roofing Inc. It does not replace your homeowner's or commercial property insurance.
What does the $290/month cover?+
Your monthly fee covers annual inspections, up to 3 covered repairs per year (zero deductible), 24-hour emergency priority response, and accrues 50% toward a future full roof replacement with us.
Is there a repair limit?+
Coverage is capped at the lesser of 700 sq ft or 30% of your roof per year — enough to handle nearly every real-world repair scenario.
Will my monthly rate go up?+
No. Your $290/month is rate-locked for the life of your active membership.
Do I need an inspection to enroll?+
